Application

Many factories still run on Siemens S7-300 or S7-400 that use PROFIBUS. When expanding these systems, engineers use the 6ES7155-6BU00-0CN0 to add ET 200SP I/O (which is smaller and more modular) without having to upgrade the entire to PROFINET.
Application: Chemical plants or continuous production lines.
